Skileo helps you efficiently manage tasks, for both yourself and your employees or staff members, ensuring productivity and collaboration.

You can filter tasks by different criteria:

  • Task status
  • Task type
  • Your tasks or a team member
  • Keyword

Create Task

You can create tasks from the “Tasks” section, and click on the “+ Add new” button.

You will go through several steps:

  • Task information
  • Schedule
  • Participants
  • Notifications

Task Details

Specify the task title, type, and description.

There are the following task types:

  • Access information
  • Benefits
  • Contract Agreements
  • Desk
  • Education and development
  • Employee handbook
  • Employee labor relations
  • General administration
  • Guide
  • Human resources
  • Items and equipment (work-related)
  • Leave and absence
  • Orientation (work-related)
  • Payroll
  • Performance
  • Reporting
  • Other

Schedule

Specify the due date for the task. Moreover, you have the option to establish a recurring task.

Add Participants

Choose the assignee, the individual responsible for completing the task. Additionally, you have the option to include followers for the task.

Notifications

Activate notifications for this task to be sent to all participants.


View and Complete Tasks

Both employees and management have the ability to access assigned tasks, complete the task, and provide comments.


Task Templates

You can create task templates, which is especially useful when a specific task is frequently assigned to various individuals.


Task Groups

You can create task groups, which is especially helpful when you have a set of tasks related to a specific topic or event that you’d like to assign to a single individual.
