Skileo helps you create job offers, share them with candidates, and track applicant progress and responses.

You can filter job offers by different criteria:

  • Job offer category
  • Job offer status
  • Search by keyword

You can perform the following actions for each record:

  • Add job offer
  • Edit job offer
  • Preview job offer
  • Activate or deactivate the job offer
  • Copy job offer
  • Delete record

Create Job Offer

Go to the recruiting software section “Re”, select “Job offers”, and click on the “+ Add expense” button.

You will go through several steps:

  • Job details
  • Required profile
  • Job compensation
  • Job location
  • Employee benefits
  • Additional candidate information
  • Job offer status

Job Details

The title of your job opening, the category, the department, the contract type, and the description.

Required Profile

Describe your ideal candidate, required skills, and seniority level.

Job Compensation

Add salary information. Add equity information. You can keep salary information confidential on the public job offer page.

Job Location

Indicate the job location and if you accept remote working.

Employee Benefits

Describe the employee benefits.

Additional Candidate Information

You can require some additional information from the candidates such as CV, or cover letter, or add some social media links (Ex. Github, Behance, Dribble…).

Job Offer Status

You can set the job offer status to active or inactive.

Each job has a unique ID and URL. You can see and copy it in the job view screen, on the right side.


Public Job Offer Page

The public job offer page is designed for sharing with potential candidates, allowing them to apply for the job position. You can either share the link directly or incorporate it into a job board ad when posting on job boards.
