The administrator and users (based on their permissions) have the ability to create and invite employees.
Every time you create an employee profile, you can send an invitation to allow them to access their individual employee account.
The employee’s account provides access to the following features:
- Access their personal employee profile
- Request a leave of absence
- Clock in
- Send messages to the administrator
- Create and share documents
- View tasks assigned to them
- Participate in surveys assigned to them
- Submit suggestions
The administrator and users (based on their permissions) can activate, deactivate, or delete employee accounts as needed.
