You can filter applications by different criteria:
- Job offer
- Skills
- Labels
You can perform the following actions for each record:
- Edit
- View
- Add label
- Send message
- Change application status
- Offer another position
- Assign to a position
- Delete
Candidates
Create candidate application
You can create candidate applications in 2 ways. Go to the “Applications”, or “CV database” section and click on the “+ Add new” button. You can invite them to apply for a job position.
Manually created candidates are visible in the “Sourced” stage.
Candidates can also apply for a job position themselves through your career page. They will be visible in your pipeline, in the “Applied” stage.
Manage candidate applications
You can filter applications by job offer, skills, and application stage.
You can view candidates’ profiles, manage their job applications, and move them through the recruiting pipeline. You can manage those stages in the settings menu.
For each candidate application, you can perform the following actions:
- Edit
- Add label
- Change application status (move through the pipeline)
- Reassign to a different job offer
- Add tags
- Add comments
- Add ratings
- Add document
- Assign tasks
- Schedule interviews
- Send message
- Delete application
When you confirm a candidate and move him into the “Hired” position, he will be created as an employee. You will also see him in the “Onboarding” and “Staff” software module”.
Recruiting Pipeline
The recruiting pipeline allows you to track all candidates through the hiring process.
The default pipeline stages are:
- Sourced
- Applied
- Screening
- Interview
- Qualified
- Disqualified
- Hired
Custom Pipeline
You can customize the different steps of the pipeline in the Recruiting settings. With custom pipelines, you can create the perfect process for your company.
