Ensure that the required columns are completed, as they are mandatory.<\/div>\n\n\n<p>You will go through several steps:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Employee personal information<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Employee address<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Employment contract information<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Salay information<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Equity and benefits<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Work schedule<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Emergency contacts<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Key dates<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Social links<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Employee Personal Information<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Add the employee&#8217;s personal details, including their name, phone number, and email.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Invitation and Account Creation<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>You can send an invitation to the employee to join Skileo and create their account. Once they&#8217;ve set up their profile, they will have the ability to access, update, and correct any personal information.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-ht-blocks-messages wp-block-hb-message wp-block-hb-message--withicon is-style-info\"><strong>Information<\/strong><br \/>After the employee has accepted the invitation and completed their profile, they will have the ability to edit their personal data.<\/div>\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Employee Address<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Add the employee&#8217;s address information.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Employee Employment Contract Information<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Add the employee&#8217;s contract information, job title, employment contract type, department, and start date.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Work Schedule<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Add the employee&#8217;s work hours and weekly schedule.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Salary Information<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Add the employee&#8217;s salary information and salary evolution history.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Equity and Benefits<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Add the employee&#8217;s equity and benefits information and description.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Additional Information<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Add the employee&#8217;s skills, and description and assign them to employee teams.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Emergency Contacts<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Add the employee&#8217;s emergency contacts, and next of kin, such as spouse, siblings, or other people to contact in case of emergency.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Key Dates<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Add the employee&#8217;s key dates such as birthdays, anniversaries, and special occasions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Social Links<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>You can add some social media links (Ex. Github, Behance, Dribble&#8230;).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Import Employees<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>To help you set up a large number of employees, there is an import template you can download and complete to import employee information into Skileo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Go to the employee software section &#8222;Hr&#8220;,  select &#8222;Employees&#8220;, and click on the &#8222;+ Add new&#8220; button then &#8222;Import&#8220;.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Download import template:<\/strong> Click &#8216;Download employees template&#8217; to save the template file to your computer. Fill out the template with your employee data.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Upload completed file:<\/strong> Once you&#8217;ve entered all employee details, upload the completed file to Skileo.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Finalize import:<\/strong> Click on &#8216;Import file&#8217; to complete the import process.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Tips for Successful Importation<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Follow these guidelines to ensure a smooth importation:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Preserve import file structure:<\/strong> Do not alter the import file&#8217;s structure. Input data only in the designated blank fields.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Mandatory fields:<\/strong> Ensure to fill in the name, surname, and email fields as they are mandatory.
