New employees, when created, will go through the onboarding pipeline. You can assign them tasks like filling in personal info and signing documents.<\/p>\n<p>You can perform the following actions for each record:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Edit application<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>View application<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><b>Send message<\/b><\/li>\n<li><strong>Offboard<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Add to a custom stage <\/strong>(not time-dependent)<\/li>\n<li><strong>Delete<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Onboard Employee<\/h2>\n<p>When you <a href=\"https:\/\/hub.skileo.com\/knowledge-base\/employees\/\">create a new employee<\/a> from the \u201cEmployees\u201d section, they will automatically appear in the Onboarding pipeline based on their contract start date.<\/p>\n<div class=\"wp-block-ht-blocks-messages wp-block-hb-message wp-block-hb-message--withicon is-style-info\"><strong>Information<\/strong><br \/>\nYou can import employees by using and filling in the provided template (Excel and CSV format). Fill in the different columns. The ones marked as required are mandatory.<\/div>\n<p>You can assign them onboarding tasks like document signing, personal data completion, and other new employee requirements. The onboarding section helps you efficiently manage these assignments.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h2>Onboarding Pipeline<\/h2>\n<p>The onboarding pipeline allows you to track all new hires during the first months. The stages are time-related.<\/p>\n<p>The default pipeline stages are:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>All<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Preboarding<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><b>1st day<\/b><\/li>\n<li><strong>1st week<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>2nd week<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>3rd week<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>4th week<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>1st month<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>2nd month<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>3rd month<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Confirmed<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Each new hire, depending on his contract start date, will move through the pipeline. After the last step, the employee will be automatically removed from the onboarding section.<\/p>\n<h3>Custom Pipeline<\/h3>\n<p>You can customize the different stages of the pipeline in the <a href=\"https:\/\/hub.skileo.com\/knowledge-base\/settings\/\">Onboarding settings<\/a>.
