Skileo helps you listen to your employees, and gather their suggestions and ideas.
The suggestion box feature provides employees with an effective means to convey their ideas and recommendations to management, offering a valuable tool for enhancing productivity, collaboration, and employee satisfaction.
You can filter suggestions by different criteria:
- Suggestion type
- Activity
You can perform the following actions for each record:
- Add suggestion
- Edit suggestion
- View suggestion
- Copy suggestion
- Delete suggestion
Create Suggestion
Go to the engagement software section „En“, select „Suggestions“, and click on the “+ Add new” button.
Both employees and administrators can create and submit suggestions from their respective accounts.
You will go through several steps:
- Suggestion details
- Documents
Suggestion Details
Specify the suggestion’s title, type, and description.
You can decide to publish your suggestion in public or anonymous mode.
There are the following suggestion types:
- New idea
- Improvement
- Complaint
Documents
Add relevant documents.
View Suggestion
Both employees and management have the ability to access suggestions, participate in voting, and provide comments.
