You can filter documents by different criteria:
- Document type
- Assignee

Create Document
You can create documents from the “Documents” section, and click on the “+ Add new” button.
You will go through several steps:
- Document information
- File attachment
Document Details
Add the document title, type, and description.
There are the following document types:
- Access information
- Accounting / Payroll
- Human resources
- Workspace / Desk
- Orientation
- Items and equipments
Assignees and Document Sharing
You have the possibility to assign documents to selected individuals. Additionally, you have the option to share the document with them.
File Attachment
You have the option to attach either a file or an external link.
When adding a file, you can upload various types of content, including images, text files, spreadsheets, PDF documents, and videos.
Document Templates
You can create document templates, which is especially useful when a specific document is frequently reused.
Document Groups
You can create document groups, which is especially helpful when you have a set of documents related to a specific topic or event that you’d like to assign to a single individual.
