Skileo assists in candidate creation and job application tracking, covering everything from resumes and contact information to message history and feedback from the hiring team. Skileo helps you store candidates and their CVs for later reference and easily search their profiles.
When candidates apply for your job offer, or if you manually create them, their profile is created in your CV database.
You can filter candidates by different criteria:
- Skills
- Labels
You can perform the following actions for each record:
- Add candidate

Create Candidate
You can create candidates in 2 ways. Go to the “Applications”, or “CV database” section and click on the “+ Add new” button.
Candidates can also apply for a job position themselves.
You will go through several steps:

- Job location
- Employee benefits
- Additional candidate information
- Job offer status
Assign to an Opening
You can assign a candidate to add an existing job offer.
Candidate Details
Add the candidate’s personal details, including their name, phone number, and email.
Invitation and Account Creation
You can send an invitation to the candidate to join Skileo and create their account. Once they’ve set up their profile, they will have the ability to access, update, and correct any personal information.
Additional Information
Add the candidate’s skills, description, and job position.
Documents
Attach the candidate’s CV and motivation letter.
Social Links
You can add some social media links (Ex. Github, Behance, Dribble…).
Each candidate is saved in your “CV database”.
