The suggestion box feature provides employees with an effective means to convey their ideas and recommendations to management, offering a valuable tool for enhancing productivity, collaboration, and employee satisfaction.
You can filter suggestions by different criteria:
- Suggestion type
- Activity
You can perform the following actions for each record:
- Add suggestion
- Edit suggestion
- View suggestion
- Copy suggestion
- Delete suggestion
Create Suggestion
Go to the engagement software section “En”, select “Suggestions”, and click on the “+ Add new” button.
You will go through several steps:
- Suggestion details
- Documents
Suggestion Details
Specify the suggestion’s title, type, and description.
You can decide to publish your suggestion in public or anonymous mode.
There are the following suggestion types:
- New idea
- Improvement
- Complaint
Documents
Add relevant documents.
View Suggestion
Both employees and management have the ability to access suggestions, participate in voting, and provide comments.
