Skileo helps you to efficiently manage your employee time off requests.
You can filter time off requests by different criteria:
- Date
- Employee
- Leave type
- Status
- Created by
You can perform the following actions for each record:
- Approve or reject
- Edit
- View
- Delete
Create Time Off Request
Go to the employee management software section “Em”, select “Time off”, and click on the “+Add new” button.
Select the employee, time off period, absence type, and description, and add relevant documents.
After creating a time-off request, it can be subsequently approved or rejected.
View Time Off Request
Time off requests can be accessed and viewed by both employees and management, but only management can approve or reject a request.
